10) Enough evidence to confirm. ET/V Nordic acknowledges that the presence of extra­terrestrial intelligent beings (ETs) and their vehicles (ETVs) on our planet, both in the past and in the present, have been documented beyond any possible doubt. If there is one book to recommend for those who are still in doubt, it is Steven M. Greer’s second book Disclosure: military and government witnesses reveal the greatest secrets in modern history (2001). In this book 69 credible persons with former or present high rank positions within the government, intelligence and defense stand forth with full name and tell their personal experiences with various ET/V-phenomena. These persons have everything to loose by exposing themselves in this way, and nothing to win. To reject the testimonies of these 69 witnesses, plus thousands of credible reports since 1947, is in fact to create phantastic conspiracy theories. So-called “common sense” is of little worth as an argument against the ET/V-phenomena if the foundation for the “common sense” is disinformation and cultural ridicule through 60 years. Modern science’s embeddedness in the materialistic worldview and in Einstein’s relativity theories has made it impossible for scientists both to accept and to interpret correctly the ET/V-phenomena.

20) Cosmology, the chain of being, space/time and nonlocality. Steven M. Greer (1999) and Tore Alfstad (2000) are quite clear in their books that the ET/V-phenomena can only be interpreted correctly from a spiritual-scientific worldview in which consciousness is the primary dimension of Existence. This worldview’s general structure is present in all the esoteric and in all the Eastern meditation-based cosmologies. Since the 1980s the integral cosmologist Ken Wilber has been the best known spokesperson for a sophisticated spiritual-scientific worldview in which the best from Western science and European philosophy is integrated. The model below shows the ”chain of being”, a rough division of the various planes or dimensions in Cosmos (both Greer and Alfstad have chosen to use the terminology of theosophy):

Universal consciousness Atman = Brahman

The causal plane

The mental plane

The astral plane

The etheric plane

The physical plane

The three highest planes in the chain of being are present in all living beings as components of the immanent and immortal structure of the living being. The three lowest planes in the chain of being are only present in those beings whose evolution has brought them close to the material space-time world. The individual being’s “day-consciousness” (the ordinary waking state), day-conscious surroundings, transportation and communication facilities, have their centre of gravity somewhere along the chain of being. All the planes have a material component, a quantitative aspect of form, a “physics”. The higher up in the chain of being the being’s day-consciousness and/or technology is located, the more the being is able to transcend the physical plane’s “laws of nature” and principle limitations, and the more occult-divine its abilities and technology must seem for beings whose understanding is embedded in the materialistic worldview.

Two experiments in quantum mechanics, by Aspect (Paris 1982) and Gisin (Geneve 1997), confirmed the existence of a time/space-transcending dimension, to be called nonlocality. Greer considers the duality between the world of time/space/matter and the dimension of nonlocality to be a simplification; to him nonlocality is a relativistic term that can be divided into degrees from the physical plane (minimum nonlocality) to universal consciousness (maximum nonlocality). 30) A multitude of ET-species. We take for granted that a multitude of ET-species always have visited our planet, both before and now. Each ET-group has its own agenda. Tore Alfstad (his web-site) describes in his privately printed book En alternativ kosmologi (2000) three ways for ETs to arrive on our planet:

• by incarnation, which for some of them necessitates that they first create a suitable etheric and astral body.
• by ”walk-in”, i.e. the ET takes over the body of an already incarnated soul (after having made an agree­ment with the soul who is leaving the body).
• they arrive as they are, usually in an ETV.

Possibly most of the ET-species that visit this planet have a natural frequency which makes them invisible for earthlings. In those cases they have to lower their natural frequency so that they appear materialized, if they want to interact with the earthlings.

Some ET-species arrive on Earth just as tourists. Some come here as observers and to collect DNA from plants and animals (and possibly humans). Some are deeply worried for the present and future state of mankind and Earth, and want to help mankind to change course, but not by a “military” intervention that for the majority of mankind would be considered as an invasion. Some of the ET-species may have their own pressing needs to change our course, and may have started a sort of intervention that we are not aware of. Some ET-species may have agendas that are not in harmony with the evolution of mankind (this is a highly controversial issue). We are open to the possibility that several treaties may have been made by one or several ET-groups and representatives for the non-elected Euro-US Establishment (the actual governments of the Western countries are out of the loop). We assume that nobody has a complete overview of how many and which ET-species are visiting Earth, and that there are many (not just one or a few) contact persons on Earth functioning both on a physical and telepathic level. The two visiting ET-groups that have been best documented, are the “blond Nordics” from the Pleiades and a group (or sub-species) of the “Grays” from Zeta Reticuli. As a general introduction to ET-groups that are visiting Earth, we recommend Rune Oeverby’s promising ET-table and the contact cases researched and documented by Wendelle C. Stevens (his web-site).

32) Eduard Albert Meier. The case of the Swiss Eduard Albert Meier (b. 1937), also known as “UFO Billy”, is much too complex to summarize in 2-3 paragraphs. However, ET/V Nordic finds the physical contact meetings between Meier and a leader group of three persons from the planet Erra (from the star constellation the Pleiades) to be satisfactorily proven. Meier’s hundreds of photos, 8 film rolls and his sound recordings of ETVs have been subjected to many scientific hi-tech tests; they show no signs of hoax. We accept that some of Meier’s photos have gone astray, then have been manipulated with, and then have been made public with false accusations that Meier himself was responsible for the manipulations. We recommend the two books Light Years (1987) by Gary Kinder, and And still they fly! (2004) by Guido Moosbrugger.

Whether the cooperation between the Erra group and Meier soured or not, is difficult to say something authoritatively about. According to Meier, Semjase had a life threatening accident in December 1977 that caused a serious brain damage, which is the given explanation for why she withdrew from Meier’s mission in March 1981. According to Meier, the whole Erra stab of around 2.800 persons withdrew from Earth in January 1995, and Meier was given a kind of terminating thanks for his work. It is hard to understand why the leaders and the stab should withdraw without further explanations at a point in time when the mission was still budding, and at a point in time when each year brings Earth ever deeper into a multitude of global crises and apocalyptic conditions. ET/V Nordic is sceptical to some of the content in the information that Meier has received during the telepathic contact meetings since 1981-82, supposedly by his ET-friends. Some of this seems to be disinformation from various persons within intelligence, and possibly also from various negative ET-groups. [For more on this, see our Meier theme page (in Norwegian)].

34) Nancy Red Star’s collection of the world’s aboriginals’ ET-experiences. ET/V Nordic is positive to the work being done by Nancy Red Star. We believe that the aboriginals have had, and still have, a deeper and more harmonious contact with some of the visiting ET-groups than what can be said of the white race. Maybe even the experience of being “abducted” is due to some fundamental pathology in the white man’s culture, being reflected at the individual level. Thus, we want to support the work of Nancy Red Star, and we recommend a study of her web-site, books and documentary movies. [Intro article in Norwegian by Rolf Kenneth]

40) ETVs: construc­tion; journeys on the higher frequency planes; crashes. ETVs can be divided into two main groups: the conscious ones and the technical ones. Tore Alfstad has given a rough description of how they are constructed. Greer (2006; s. 285) writes:

”They can be so structured technologically at a sub-atomic level, that there is organizing intelligence associated with it, and life. So they are actually intelligent bio-machines. They are so sophisticated that they take on a level of self-integration and intelligence. People who I have interviewed who were actually present where these ET craft were downed, described these craft as acting like they were injured and were trying to heal themselves. They had what appeared to be a circulatory system, and an immune system, and were conscious. And we are talking about the ship now!”

Since ETVs can move on frequency planes higher than the physical plane, which makes possible speeds many times higher than the speed of light, the ET/V-debunkers main arguments for why we impossibly have had or can have visitors from other solar systems have no validity. Einstein’s relativity theories serve today mostly as disinformation to keep mainstream academia bound to the materialistic worldview.

The higher up in the chain of being that a being can function on with its day-consciousness, and that the technology is build for, the higher is the upper speed limit for transportation and communication. While the upper speed limit for transportation and communication on the physical plane is the speed of light (c), according to Alfstad the upper speed limit on the etheric plane is the speed of light to the second power (c²). The upper speed limits on the higher planes increase exponentially. When you in an ETV move from one plane to another, Greer calls this a “phase shift”. It is not necessary to accellerate up to the upper speed limit of the plane you are in, in order to phase shift to a higher plane. The more advanced ETVs can perform a “quantum leap” directly from the lower plane to the higher, which from the lower plane will look like a transgression of its own “laws of nature” and principle limitations.

In order to have some pleasure out of a journey on a higher frequency plane, or to have some pleasure of a visit to a destination located on a higher frequency plane, it is of course necessary that you are able to function with your day-consciousness on that frequency level. Alfstad writes:

”When the spaceship moves up along the engonic axis [can be translated as “the y-axis of frequencies”], the consciousness will automatically follow. For a being who cannot stay awake on those higher frequencies, the journey will partly be experienced as a dreamless sleep, until the spaceship has reached its destination and are moving down the engonic axis to a level where the being’s day-consciousness functions. With an engonic spaceship it is possible to travel to the astral sphere where persons that recently have died are present, in order to visit them… On journeys to the Sirius star system it is necessary that the person’s day-consciousness can be carried by the astral body, since several of the planets of Sirius have their lowest plane of nature on that level.”

The general impression is that military bases and crafts with nuclear weapons are especially being surveilled by the ET/Vs. There may be several reasons why there is a higher frequency of dramatic ET/V-events around certain military bases. It may be that some of the ETVs are vulnerable for powerful radar systems, and it may be that the bases in a few cases have managed to shoot down ETVs by EMP-weapons (electromagnetic pulse). The three ETV-crashes associated with Roswell in New Mexico in 1947 happened close to Walker Air Force Base (then largest Strategic Air Command base in USA) and White Sands Missile Range (the largest military installation in USA, and testing ground for the world’s first atom bomb). 50) Crop circles. In 1990 a new and exciting phenomenon occurred in the corn fields in the south-west of England, and later in all kinds of crops all over the world. In contrast to the earlier very simple crop circles, advanced pictogram crop circles started to materialize. Such pictograms had only been observed earlier in South Africa (Andreas Müller, 2006). The pictograms grew in number, size and complexity in the following years. It may not be any connection at all between the pre-1989 crop circles and the post-1989 pictograms. ET/V Nordic finds it satisfactorily proved that both the majority and the most impressive of the pictograms cannot have been created by humans on the ground level or by conventional technology. Two possibilities remain of who the creators may be: humans in aircraft with Black budget technology, and/or ET-groups. The huge pictograms are generally experienced as positive, and sometimes even as sacred, by those who watch them. The pictograms evoke admiration and awe, not fear, for the creators. This makes it hard to believe that humans with Black budget technology are behind most of the pictograms, even if they technologically should have been capable hereof.

Our guess is that one or several ET-groups have given up a certain communication strategy that did not give the desired results, and by creating pictograms have initiated a new strategy in which they communicate visually directly with the people. The study of crop circles has become a scientific discipline, cerealogy. Several peer-reviewed articles have been published. [Intro article in Norwegian by Rolf Kenneth]

60) The “Abducted by UFO” phenomenon. Since the end of the 1980s ever more reports and books have been published about persons that under hypnosis have relived to have been regularly abducted, 30-60 minutes a time, by UFOs. The three most famous abduction researchers are Budd Hopkins, David M. Jacobs and John E. Mack (1929-2004). Each of them have treated over 100 clients with hypnotherapy and have written several books. Their six last books establish a good foundation for confirming with 100 % certainty that many of the reported abductions to UFOs have been real and objectice. There are several different types of physical evidence. We reject as absolutely worthless the opinions of armchair debunkers, mainly psychologists and psychiatrists, that from their armchairs try to explain away the abducteds’ experiences as hallucinations and fabrications, without mastering the ABC of the subject.

Abductions have probably been going on, in a grand way, since the 1950s, and are today happening all over the world. During the abduction the person is usually in an altered state of consciousness, and afterwards the memories of the event are blocked. Through hypnosis the person may relive the traumatic event. The descriptions of the perpetrators always point in the same direction, the ET-type known as the Grays. The descriptions of the Grays and what happens during an abduction, are remarkably similar, all over the world. The Grays have bio-robots that perform standard menial tasks. Those who are abducted make a regular group that are being abducted throughout their lives. Their children also become abduction subjects.

The abductions seem to have several purposes. One of the purposes is apparently connected to an enormously complex and evolutionary project: the creation of a race of transgenetic humans with genes from the Grays; that is, a sort of hybrids. Another purpose seems to be to program the subconsciousness of the abductees to care more for environmental issues and to save the Earth from ecological collapse. Opinions differ whether the hybrid project is done exclusively in the interest of the Grays, or whether it is a sort of necessary intervention to the advantage of both parties.

In 2006 a new dimension entered the picture. Steven M. Greer claims in his autobiographical book that many if not most of these abductions are MILABs (MILitary ABductions). Paramilitary groups have been trained to perform, apparently with the Cabal as the assigner, pseudo ET/V-abductions, having to their disposition ARVs and programmed bio-robots. However crazy this may sound, the acceptable alternatives are no less crazy. We repeat: the cheap explanations produced with a finger snap by the armchair debunkers are not an accep­table alternative in many of these cases.

The most famous and the definitively best documented abduction case involved Javier Pérez de Cuéllar (Secretary-General of the United Nations 1982-1991) and Linda Napolitano on 30. November 1989, 03:17 a.m., in Lower Manhattan, New York City. Budd Hopkins has written a 474-pages book just about this incredible case, Witnessed: the true story of the Brooklyn Bridge UFO Abductions (1996). This is truly an amazing book, but just as amazing is the book by Steven M. Greer (Greer, 2006), in which he claims that this very case was a MILAB. We recommend ET/V students to read both of the books and to draw your own conclusions. [Rolf Kenneth’s summing-up of Greer (2006)]

70) Bizarre mutilations on animals. Since 1967 a characteristic type of mutilations on animals with death as consequence, primarily on cattle and other large domestic animals, have been reported all over the American continent, in several European countries, in Australia and Japan. For several reasons both humans and animals can be excluded as the perpetrators. ET/V Nordic assumes that one several ET-groups (of unknown species) are responsible for these mutilations. We do not know the purpose of the mutilations. The foremost authority on this kind of mutilations is Linda Moulton Howe, the editor of the web-site Earthfiles. She has published several books, articles and an Emmy Award-winning hour documentary about the phenomenon. [Intro article in Norwegian by Rolf Kenneth]

80-89) Artefacts and biological life in our solar system.

81) The Moon: artefacts. ET/V Nordic assumes that both USA and the Soviet Union latest in 1966 discovered that the Moon is full of gigantic artificial structures, and possibly is used as a base for one or several ET-species (for whatever purpose). The Soviet Union may have done this discovery in connection with their spacecraft Luna 9, that was the first to have a soft landing on the surface of the Moon. The landing module landed in The Ocean of Storms on 3. February 1966. Sheila Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder in Psychic discoveries (2. ed. 1997) are referring to Alexander Abramov, saying that pictures were taken of artificial structures.

For USA the discovery of artefacts on the Moon may have been done in connection with their space probe Lunar Orbiter 2. Over 600 high quality pictures with a resolution of 1 pixel = 1 meter were taken. According to Psychic discoveries (1997), pictures of artificial structures were taken on 20. November 1966 at Sea of Tranquility. Pictures were taken of eight obelisks that reminded of Cleopatra’s Needle in New York and London. The highest obelisk was estimated to be as high as a 15-storey building. According to Alexander Abramov the obelisks were arranged in the same pattern and in accordance with the same geometrical plan as the three Giza pyramids. Ivan T. Sanderson wrote an article (here) about these findings in Argosy Magazine in August 1970.

The American Department of Defense launched an unmanned expedition to the Moon in 1994, The Clementine Mission, where all of the surface of the Moon was photographed. 1,8 million pictures was taken. Joseph P. Skipper wrote in 2004 six reports about artefacts on the Moon (# 066, 067, 068, 069, 070, 071); all of the reports were based NASA/JPL pictures from The Clementine Mission. These reports can be found on his web-site Mars Anomaly Research. The six reports are the best documentation that we have so far about artefacts on the Moon. It is very obvious that the pictures that have been made public have been subjected to several layers of tampering techniques.

In April 2007 a person who called himself William Rutledge (born 1930) posted 13 remarkable film sequences at YouTube; later he removed four of them. He claims that he, the famous Soviet cosmonaut and general Alexey Leonov (still alive) and Leona Marietta Snyder (still alive) were the crew of Apollo 20, an American-Soviet classified mission for an abandoned alien ship on the far side of the Moon in August 1976. They filmed and explored the spaceship, that according to Rutledge was 4 kilometer long, sigar-shaped, and may have crashed 1,5 billion years ago! See for yourself the video stub (here), and read the interview by Luca Scantamburlo on 25. May 2007 (here). It is yet to early to say whether the story is a hoax or not; the case will be followed up.

• the atmospheric surface pressure is less than 1 % of the Earth’s.
• surface temperatures vary from lows of approximately −140 °C (−220 °F) during the polar winters to highs of up to 20 °C (70 °F) in summers.
• the total mass of water could at the most fill a lake.
• that most of the almost non-existent atmosphere consist of carbon dioxide (official data per 2007: 95,72 %).
• no free oxygen (official data per 2007: 0,2 %).
• the first pictures showed craters everywhere.

These measurements and findings are falsifications and fabrications. ET/V Nordic supports Skipper’s claim that NASA/JPL’s tampering with the pictures can be disclosed by any amateur photographer, and that the tampering should have been disclosed by any astronomer and geologist whose work is to analyze the pictures from NASA/JPL. Even Sigmund Freud would have had great problems to comprehend that such a repression by professionals in their own field can be possible. We guess that the sharpest ones of these photo analyzers have disclosed the game a long time ago. [Intro article in Norwegian by Rolf Kenneth about the findings on the Moon and on Mars]

Artefacts. In addition to some reports from Skipper, we recommend:

• The presentation material that astronomer Tom Van Flandern and his expert team presented at a press conference in The New Yorker Hotel on 8 May 2001. They presented their analyses of the NASA photos of the Cydonia region on Mars. The analyses showed that there cannot be any doubt about Cydonia being full of artifical structures. Van Flandern and his expert team had for several years tried to get an article about their findings and conclusions published in a respectable scientific journal, without success. Subjects like this are quite simply considered TABU by the Establishment scientific journals. He writes (here):

“The paper was submitted to Nature magazine for review and consideration for publi­cation. It was rejected instantly without review. In a request for reconsideration, we learned that the magazine has a list of topics judged “not suitable for Nature”… We continued the research, added new evidence, new images, and the specifics on the JPL-released image, then submitted the paper to Science magazine, the other broad-impact, science-wide weekly. Science also rejected it immediately without review. Their form letter explained simply: “We select papers on the basis of, for example, discipline, novelty, and general significance, in addition to the usual criteria for publication in specialized journals.” A request for reconsideration because our paper met those criteria rather well was rejected as “not competitive for our limited space”. Discussions with the rejecting editor made it clear that our paper had not been read even once before rejection.”

• Mark J. Carlotto’s book The Cydonia controversy: the history, the science, and impli­cations of the discovery of artificial structures on Mars (2002); alternatively Richard C. Hoagland’s book The Monuments of Mars (5^th ed. 2001).

90) The interventionist theory, Däniken and Sitchin. ET/V Nordic is generally positive to the works by Erich von Däniken and Zecharia Sitchin. They are spokespersons for the interventionist theory, that Homo sapiens received genetic and cultural aid from one or several ET-groups in the past. The interventionist theory stands in contrast to the isolationist theory that since the time of Darwin has been the implicit dogma of evolutionay biology.

We respect and honour Erich von Däniken for the geographical breadth of his work, and for his journalistic-popular approach to the interventionist theory in his around 30 books. We respect and honour Zecharia Sitchin for the depth of his work exposing the genetic and cultural aid given to Homo sapiens by one specific ET-group (the Anunnaki from Nibiru), and for his thoroughly academic approach to the interventionist theory in his 12 books.

We do not take a position on the many hundreds of single conclusions by Däniken and Sitchin. We want to promote attention, discussion and research around the interventionist theory. 100) Free energy. A very important reason for the secrecy around the ET/V-issue, is that the Euro-US Establishment (or the New World Order Cabal) that today controls our world financially wants to maintain its power and control. They maintain that control by controlling the Earth’s resources of petroleum (oil and natural gas). If an unlimited and free source of energy is discovered, and the technology and the knowhow to tap it would become common property, then this world’s powerpyramid will collapse like a house of cards.

Each and every electric and magnetic dipole functions as an energy-attractor (or “negative resistor”) that attracts non-observable energy from what today is known as the vacuum dimension, and transforms this to electromagnetic energy to our nature plane. Thus, all our electromagnetic energy comes free from the vacuum dimension. However, our circuits are designed in such a self-destructive way that 50 % of the current is used to destroy the dipole. The mechanical energy from the generators, and the chemical energy from the batteries, only serves to continually re-establish the dipole. It is only this re-establishing service or function that costs money, and this is the only job that generators and batteries do and can do. When mankind in general is given access to a circuit that is designed in such a way that the source dipole (or source of the electric potential) and the current is separated, the global energy crisis will be over and our civilization will enter a new era. The technology is already developed, but the Euro-US Establishment does its very best to keep it suppressed.

We recommend that you start with Thomas E. Bearden’s article from 1993, The final secret of free energy, which we believe sooner or later will become a classic. If you find that article interesting, you can use some weeks or months to study the rest of Bearden’s website.

Steven M. Greer held in August 2007 an exciting lecture (here) about his organization AERO, that now has initiated a project where some of the world’s leading researchers and inventors can cooperate with each other in the development of free energy-based technology and applications. The involved persons will be protected (from being killed), and the knowhow will as fast as possible be made public on the Internet. The first prototypes will be ready in 12-18 months. In November 2007 AERO announced a competition, AERO Award Program, for the best free energy product. The winner will first be given US$ 200.000, and the next years five million dollar in royalties. PR-wise, this seems like a very promising initiative.

MJ-12 initiated several Black budget projects related to:

• industrial and technological exploration and development of components from crashed ETVs (Corso, 1997)
• development of spaceships for humans (ARV: Alien Reproduction Vehicle) with an antigravity-based propulsion system.
• development of new types of weapons (as Directed-energy, electromagnetic pulse and scalar weapons).

Some of these Black budget projects were given to corporations with top clearance within the military-industrial complex, like SAIC, Lockheed Martin, Northrup, E Systems, EG&G and Mitre Corporation. Some of these corporations managed to develop new products and techno­logies which gave them billions of dollars in profit, and according to Greer (2006) they became economically independent from the Black budget money to continue the development on their own.

Some rogue fractions within some of these Black budget projects broke off from the mother group and the assigners, and are now exploiting the technology to pursue criminal agendas. Some of these fractions have become infiltrated by powerful secret societies (like Knights of Malta) and various religious movements (the Mormons, the Jesuits, the Vatican, Opus Dei, etc.) with their own perverse agendas and pubertal visions for the future. The point is that the deepest ET/V-knowledge and ARV-technology as far back as the 1960s ended up in corrupt hands outside the control of the government. Thus, the deepest ET/V-knowledge and ARV-technology are no longer under the authority of the president, the administration or the congress. For a long time it has been up to the Cabal to decide whether they want to initiate a president in some of the ET/V-secrets or not. The president himself has no authority to demand anything. The Cabal has spent unknown millions of dollars on disinformation campaigns. We consider the stories to be correct about special localities (or a ”museum”) just for crashed ETV’s; that many ET corpses are being conserved in deep freezers; and that in periods one or several live ETs have been kept in custody.

We assume that ETV-crashes and observations of ETs have happened in countries all over the world. We further assume that national and international treaties exist that bind most of the nations of the world to keep top secret:

• all ET/V-information
• information about artefacts on the Moon, on Mars, and in space.
• information about living nature on Mars.

We further draw the conclusion that the great majority of traditional UFO organizations in the western world have been led by disinformation agents, and that this continues today. Thus, we are generally negative to the work and the conclusions of these organizations, since their agenda is to reject and doubt but never confirm the genuineness of ET/V-events. Still, we believe that the majority of the members in these organizations are honest and that their intentions are the best. The easiest way to discover the quality of a traditional UFO organization, is to study their response to Greer’s Disclosure (2001). Our generally negative attitude to traditional UFO organizations include the three Scandinavian ones.

The term UFO, an acronym for Unidentified Flying Object, has its justification for astronomers, and as a common term for ETVs and ARVs (alien reproduction vehicles).
